Convert Unix timestamps to human-readable date formats and generate timestamps from dates in UTC & Local time.
Unix time (also known as POSIX time or Epoch time) is a system for describing a point in time. It measures the number of seconds that have elapsed since the Unix epoch, which is 00:00:00 UTC on 1 January 1970 (minus leap seconds).
Systems storing Unix timestamps as a signed 32-bit integer will overflow on 19 January 2038 at 03:14:07 UTC, wrapping around to negative numbers. Modern 64-bit systems are immune and safe for over 292 billion years.
